Yesterday I posted a poem I wrote about the sun equating to love ... later in the day I "found" the website for Ram Dass and read one of his recent postings. The Pond and the Glistening Heart
I finally found the pond in our local park the other day. I had heard there was one here, but never took the time to find it. I wanted to be out in the sun, it has been a long winter. The wind was strong, but nice. The sun shown down warmly and cast a beautiful glistening light on the waves forming on the pond’s surface. The frogs chirped endlessly, calling for their mate. The angels watch over you and walk with you. Everyday. It does not matter if you are rich or poor as this painting demonstrates. The true judge of self is inside of each of us. I Missed an Exit Point. What would you do if you were told you just missed one of your predetermined exits from this lifetime? I missed one the summer of 2012. Drink from the Water of Life.
As I walk down alongside a waterfall, I hear the words, “Drink from the water of life.” I smile. I reach over and drink a handful. During the relaxation part of going into a past life regression—often called the induction—I use the imagery of stairs leading into a garden.
