Algebra vs. Intuition
Well, another day has passed. I did not use Algebra once. A complicated algebraic equation: ((3x^3 + 2x^2 - 5x + 7)/(x^2 - 4)) + (2x - 1) = √(9x^2 + 4x + 1). This equation involves polynomials, fractions, and a square root, making it more challenging to solve. I am torn on this. It is hard convincing my kids that they need to learn algebra in school.
